Please stay tune for the launch of a new blog for my brand new business, Appalachian Collections. This business will be a three-fold business and this blog will cover every aspect:
Appalachian Art Collections -
We are the exclusive online dealer of Junior Johnson art, including the famous Moonshine series. Also, we have a new line honoring his Hall of Fame induction.
In addition to this, we exclusively feature several local prints with subject matters such as Pilot Mountain, the Blue Ridge Parkway, local wineries and vineyards, the Blue Ridge Mountains, tobacco farms, North Carolina Highway patrol, a train series, several career-oriented pieces, and so much more!
Appalachian Handmade Collections -
The talent in this area is unmatched and it is my goal to expose the world to the beautiful handmade pieces from many different genres.
My mother is a talented seamstress and we are working together to create a line of handmade Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls, which are available completely customized, even down to the skin tone, hair color, and clothing choices. She also make custom clothing, decorative pieces, and children's items, including books, name banners, and wall art.
Appalachian Vintage Collections -
I have a passion for vintage decorative items and antiques, and I also have quite a good eye for spotting hidden treasures. I will use this blog to feature and tell the story behind many of the vintage pieces I sell through my website. Be on the look out for 50s and 60s retro pieces very soon, as well as old advertising memorabilia.
This blog will serve as a place to tell the history and importance behind the items I sell on my website!
